Dreamyflight was so excited, so excited that she woke up early, and called into the apprentice den for Maggotpaw. She couldn't believe that she had an apprentice! Training was going to be a bit nostalgic, wasn't it? "Maggotpaw!" Dreamyflight whispered into the den, intent to wake up her new apprentice. She patiently sat outside, waiting for a groggy fluffball to emerge from the den.

"Hey there, sleepy head." She got up and started towards the camp entrance, flicking her tail for Maggotpaw to follow.

Maggotpaw wakes up to his mentor trying to get him up for Training, He groggily mumbled a bit before following Dreamyflight to the camp entrance. "Good morning Dreamyflight." He was too tired and groggy to bother being the slightest bit Fancy with his words. "What'll we be doing today, Dreamyflight? Hunting? or Sparring?" He asked his mentor, As he 'Shook out the Tired' From his fur, He felt a bit more awake, But he knew he might feel more awake once Training starts. He took a deep breath of the seemingly thick air, awaiting his mentor's response.

As the two entered a small, secluded area in the forest, Dreamyflight readied herself. "You wanna know what we're doing today?" Dreamyflight jumped at Maggotpaw. "Battling!" Dreamyflight yelled at him with a smile on her face. She enjoyed fighting a great deal, mostly play fighting though.

Maggotpaw didn't expect the first session to be Sparring, This was a surprise, But a Pleasant surprise at that, He chuckled a bit. "Ohoho.. Sparring it is!" He spoke, He took advantage of his position and attempted to Rake at Dreamyflight's belly with his back legs, He however, Had failed "Foxdung!" He hissed out as he makes an attempt at freeing himself from his position.

"Haha! Nice try, kid!" Dreamyflight said. You'd be able to tell she was having fun! And the best part is that her apprentice seemed to be having fun too. Dreamyflight jumped away from Maggotpaw, knowing she couldn't keep him stunned for much longer.

"You see, the secret to attacking-" Dreamyflight hurled herself into the sky, unsheathing her claws. "Is to surprise them!"

Maggotpaw tried to get up, and immediately got hit! He knew this was all fair game, but.. Still. He went in wide circles around Dreamyflight, slowly walking around a set pace, but slowly getting faster, after a full circle, Maggotpaw runs towards Dreamyflight, ramming into her flank. "Raagh!" He blurted out quickly, before chuckling awkwardly to himself as he backed away from Dreamyflight a small bit.

Dreamyflight readied herself for an attack from her small apprentice, Maggotpaw. Dreamyflight was about to beat him in this battle! Maybe she should teach him something too... "You'll need more than your claws to fight me, bud!" She laughed. "Do it like this." Dreamyflight said, running towards Maggotpaw with her mouth open, ready to bite.

YEOWCH! Maggotpaw was almost down, he knew this, he still wanted to try his best. So he ran to the back of Dreamyflight and gripped her tail, yanking it with all of his strength. "How's that, Dreamyflight?" He said with playful mockery, as he swiftly walked away from the end of Dreamyflight's tail, giving a small giggle as he left.
